Advantage Of PU Coated Pipeline Cleaning Pig:

The PU Coated Pipeline Cleaning Pig are usually made in the full OD of the pipeline. Foam pigs have the ability to negotiate short radius, ells and bends, miter bends, tees, multi-dimensional piping and reduced port valves. Length can be increased to allow maneuverability through large tees, some older Orbit valve designs and other type gate valves. PU foam pigs are great for sealing and light abrasion removal and can reduce in diameter up to approximately 35%.

Available Densities

• Low density (2-3 lbs/ft³) Foam Pig variants for drying, cleaning and scraping applications
• Medium density (5-7 lbs/ft³) Foam Pig variants for regular wiping and regular scraping.
• High density (8-10 lbs/ft³) Foam Pig Variants for heavy wiping and heavy scraping.

Product Details:

Steel body equipped with easily replaceable cups and discs. Capable of being fitted with Brushes or blades and gauging plate machined to specifications. Primarily used for evacuating air and liquid before and after hydro static testing, routine batching operations, and product removal. Equipped with gauging plate, pig is used to prove roundness of pipe and to ensure excessive weld penetration or construction debris does not exist. Also used to prove minimum bend radius prior to intelligent pig use. This pig is able to perform all operations of pigging, including filling, de-watering, separating, pre-commissioning, on-streaming, batching, cleaning, gauging, and product removal.
